A: Hello! This gives you a view of all of the Contacts that you've captured in your campaign form submissions, like Viral Sweepstakes, Sign Up, and Contest campaigns. There is a detail view with links to their social media accounts (only the ones they used in the campaign) and their contact info. It also gives a full activity feed of social posts they've engaged with that you have posted and all campaign activity. You can assign it to sales people and it will provide them with your message and a link to the contact's detail page. You can mark them as a Prospect, Lead or Customer and our system will do that automatically if you have pixels setup for Leads and Sales.
