Does the AppSumo Tier 1 plan map directly to your official Business Plan?
The AppSumo pricing table only lists IG, TikTok, and YouTube, but I need Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram. Are all of these fully supported in this deal?
Regarding integrations: Do you use official API/OAuth (one-click), or do you rely on unstable cookie/password methods? Also, do I need to apply for my own developer API keys, or are they pre-configured?
Does the "Comments" feature function as a Unified Inbox? Can I reply to comments from all connected platforms directly within your dashboard?
For bulk scheduling, do you support CSV import or AI bulk generation? Creating posts one by one is too inefficient for me.
Your website lacks detailed documentation. Can you provide a link to your docs or a demo of the dashboard UI?

Yes, the AppSumo plan is tied to the official Business Plan on our website. Yes, we support IG, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, X, Bluesky and Instagram. And yes, those are all included. We use the official APIs for all networks except Bluesky, which doesn't have one yet. You have to generate an app password, but we link to it so it takes less than a minute.
We don't have an inbox yet, but plan to in the future. We have a First Comment feature so you can post the first comment along with the main social post. We support CSV import and RSS feed automation. You can use our AI Writer to write hundreds of posts and convert them to a CSV that is already formatted to our software, so you can simply drag it over to import all of them in one shot.
