Q: Which Plan Should Get For The Following Needs?

I already own 3 of these apps but looking for a refined workflow. That said here are my needs:
1. I have 5 brands (Do not need to have separate workspaces unless you require that)
2. Post mostly video
3. Want to draw attention to: Blogs, Funnels, Tips, courses, other post.
4. Need a way to do bulk creation with AI (Saw one of your videos where you uploaded 100 post via CSV - impressive)
5. Need a repost feature if a post does well. Question is can I repost the ones doing well later on after I get stats back?
6. If you have a trick for naming conventions for each post so its easy to track - thanks in advance! I don't have a good way of tracking which video I've already posted and which ones to repost.

Thanks and I've waited a while to consider your tool but feel ready.

A: Hello Ed!

1. Do all of your brands share the same target audience? If so, you can probably get away with 1 code (1 workspace). Just separate the social profiles using our Profile Groups feature. This allows you to just select a brand and it will automatically select the default social profiles and Category for that brand. However, tracking and reporting gets muddled. If the brands have different target audiences, I recommend buying 5 codes (5 workspaces). That way you can still have one login but it keeps everything separate. 5 codes also gets you White Label so you get a free custom domain, custom email domain and you can customize the dashboard.

2. We are all about video, no worries there. I just posted a test video to 10 networks in one go: https://share.zight.com/mXu4v7LE

3. For your blogs, just connect your RSS feeds and we'll generate posts automatically after each blog post. For funnels, etc. you'll want to use our Cal-to-Action Groups feature. In one click you can drop in randomized CTAs written in the optimal language for each network.

4. This includes our AI Writer Social Media module

5. Yes, you can do this. You can actually add it back to the Queue directly from the Report.

6. Use a spreadsheet, Google Sheets is best. Our software has a Bulk Upload feature that allows you to add everything to the spreadsheet and we'll convert it to separate social posts. You can specify a time or just leave that blank and we'll automatically assign a time/day based on your weekly Queue Schedule.

Hi Ed, If we are still on AppSumo you would just buy more codes (10 max). After that it is $10/mo for each additional workspace.
