Q: You have to have 5 workspaces to whitelabel?
I'm already disappointed and considering whether I am going to ask for a refund. I just purchased 2 workspaces to try it out and might purchase many more. I did this mostly because I manage a considerable number of client SM. But once inside it says to whitelabel I need to have at least 5 workspaces. Nowhere here or even on tier 5 does it say this, yet is is mentioned more than once here as being a feature.

Oct 12, 2025A: Hello, sorry for the misunderstanding. AppSumo put it in the small print it seems. They say 'Agency white label (requires 5+ codes)' in the Deal terms & conditions below the pricing grid. They should really add this to the grid itself because it's a popular feature.

Thanks yes I figured it out. Yes, it should be shown as a feature on the tier it becomes available for. That's usually how it's been done. No worries we went and bought 5 anyways. How long you think you'll be having this offer available on app sumo? We may want to add more.
Our contract doesn't end until March so you're good for a while.
