Bastante errores
The platform has a lot of bugs, and they never seem to fix them. I sent an email to report the issues and didn’t even get a reply. It feels like a platform run by one person, not by a serious company. Right now, X has stopped allowing posts with links, and they’re asking me to upgrade my plan just to attach them. They don’t have a proper iOS app either; the one they do have is incomplete and works poorly. I do not recommend it.

1) We have zero known bugs. We have no bug reports at all that haven't been addressed. I know this because we have a zero bug policy.
2) If you didn't get a reply then you probably entered the wrong email address for your reply because we have a 24/7 human live chat team.
3) We are not run by one person. We are a team, and each of us are awesome.
4) Our iOs app just got an update a month ago and it works fine.
