Can't Bulk Schedule Properly
I bought back in July and have had to reach out to support every time I have attempted to schedule posts.
I use the Bulk Import feature (because that is the purpose many will get software like this) and despite selecting 4 networks to post two, only Facebook and Instagram end up being selected once it's processed.
Each and every time I have to reach out to support, defeating the purpose of having a platform like this in your toolkit. Recently I was told that they had upgraded the entire tech stack and it wouldn't happen again, yet, here were are, yet again. And when I brought it up to support, they sent the same video as previously showing me how to 'update' the posts (while claiming the new tech stack would eliminate the issue). Then told me it would be another month before they moved to the new tech stack.
If you're wanting to use the Import feature to bulk schedule, I would look elsewhere until they can fix this bug (July to September 2025, not working).
