Disappointed with the viral campaigns
Let me start by saying sociamonials has very responsive customer support. I felt like Mona tried to answer my questions and bugs but the thing is there was no solution to the issue I had.
I bought this software because of the viral campaigns. I have wasted more than 2 days of my life to write design and perfect my campaign to just to find out if it was actually deleted by the software with son weird bug. I talked with the support with getting any real answer or taking responsibility on the issue. Just to find out that I did something wrong. It happened to me 4 times.
1 time it was me leaving my browser open too long. 2nd time it was using ad blocked. 3rs time it was something with my cookies.
The staff never took responsibility for this. Every time... Theu clan the issue/problem was on my end and due something that I did. Nothing related to the software and it's bugs.
This was very frustrating the main reason I bought the software was for campaigns.
One of the things I did like, was with seeing the development board shared with the users. I could see all the future developments they are going to do and I could also vote up features that are important to me.
That being said.. I think don't of drawbacks of this software is the UI/UX. It feels clunky, slow and the not user friendly. It's really outdated. And I hope they will change it soon enough.

I'm really sorry that you experienced this. We do have a complete UX refresh in the final stages of testing for the Viral Sweepstakes creation and customer-facing campaign layout/design.
However, I can't promise that this will resolve the browser issues. It sounds like there were some incompatibilities with your computer browser, extensions, or maybe even the virus software you are using. I'm not sure what your support agent went through, but what I usually advise when the autosave feature isn't working properly is to be sure you aren't opening the software in multiple tabs. Use the software in an incognito/private browser (this blocks your browser extensions temporarily so they can't interfere with our software. It also ensures that old items in your cache don't get pulled in by your browser). Remove Avast or other antivirus software that blocks javascript functionality.
We also have an Undo feature that retains previous autosaved versions of your design even after you log out and log back in again.
