I use this product since over one year now (jan.2023) and am quite disappointed, as I use another similar product in parallel and can compare.

Post fail on certain media on a regular basis, there was recently a major and very long (1 week) absence of service after an issue coupled with a server change.
So if you have a serious campaign, it is by far not reliable enough.

For hobbyists .... or people with time to lose... it remains a great deal.

Nice features present though for the reposts, the queuing (when it works). Bulk import is quite amateurish, since you have to upload to another platform (and it does not work well : my imported pictures get all blurred when posted, how unprofessional I look now!). They don't have their own system to make sure it all runs smooth (for bulk only : for the rest you can perfectly upload there and it works).

Well this is a product that gets me worried all the time, the error report is also very clumsy and unreliable so you have to double check what was really posted or not, and it cost me far too much time to give it more than 3/5 (it's more 2/5 over the last quarter).

Support is a bit slow, often very inaccurate, so when you have a problem, be patient too : after sending you RTU and not relevant help tutorials links, you might eventually get heard.

I hope this will help other buyers, and their R&D.
