I've been using Socialmonials for social media scheduling and overall it's been a very positive experience.

One of the biggest advantages is platform coverage. It supports all of the channels I need, including Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, which means I can manage most of my content from a single dashboard.

The setup process was straightforward and easy to follow. Bulk scheduling is particularly useful for platforms like X where frequent posting is important, and the formatting options for LinkedIn and Facebook make it easy to create posts with bold text, italics and other formatting without extra work.

I also appreciate support for longer-form content, including Facebook Reels up to 15 minutes, and the account allowance is generous compared to many competitors. Having up to 30 social accounts on the entry-level tier provides excellent value.

There are additional features such as UGC campaigns and sweepstakes that I may not personally use, but it's good to know they're available if needed.

Support has been excellent. Despite being based in the EU and the team operating from the US across different time zones, my questions were answered quickly. What stood out most was that the founder personally responded to some of my support requests with a handwritten message. Everything was clearly explained and the personal touch was genuinely appreciated.

I also respect the company's approach when social platform APIs change. They seem to make a genuine effort to balance maintaining profitability while still honoring existing functionality and supporting customers fairly.

If I had one slight feedback, it would be that the UI could benefit from a refresh. The platform delivers a lot of value, but that value proposition isn't always immediately obvious from the interface. Streamlining some of the more redundant features could make the experience even stronger. A cleaner UI would contribute to the products MRR and sustainability.

Overall, Socialmonials is a solid platform with strong functionality, responsive support and fair pricing. If future integrations with AI agents such as OpenClaw or similar automation tools become available, that would make the platform even more compelling.
