I purposely waited to give it a chance... but I am still disappointed.
I was afraid to leave this review at first, so that I could avoid jumping the gun or sounding like a perpetual "complainer," but I can honestly state now 3 months after having purchased this deal that I am still having difficulties with this developer.
I have personally reached out to Craig several times regarding his software malfunctioning, and was met with both non-response and outright disrespect.
As much as I like the idea behind Sociamonials - it IS a robust piece of software that if were to function as advertised, could really help my business scale... however, I keep being met with these technical issues and then having the developer and his team accusing ME of "user error" when in fact, it is the software itself that has been dis-functioning.
At first the software would not post at all... now I suddenly was asked to re-authenticate my YouTube account- giving the Sociamonials team WAY more rights to my data and privacy than I really feel is necessary.... I need to be able to trust these people, yet their software keeps giving me problems and they refuse to take accountability for it and have even went as far as blaming me for it not working.
As mentioned above, I had to re-authenticate my YouTube account for posting purposes and now suddenly all of my YouTube posts are being posted to a completely different account to which I have no idea whom it even belongs to?! (It's not on the Sociamonials channel either..)
I have reached out to Craig and his team on their YouTube channel and still have heard nothing back regarding this.
This among the other initial first impression I was given, to which I was so rudely accosted on Facebook via their FB group I must now give my final rating of 1 taco only. Perhaps if they weren't so outright rude and disrespectful right from the beginning I would have at least given them 2 tacos. Maybe even 3.
