I use a lot their bulk import via csv, and it is now flawless. Also the other functions are very useful, it takes quite a bit of work off my shoulders.
Their system is smart and they are keeping the product updated' plus when I had issues, they supported me quickly.
So far, one of the most useful tool I bought on Appsumo, or at least the one that I'm using the most and with more success.
