I have been able to use it for about a month now, and is now a critical part of my workflow.

PROS
- Has the most complete integration to all the social platforms.
- I have not yet experienced downtime
- Scheduling, optimizing, drafting, and queueing posts
- Short Links with analytics
- Easy to use UI/UX
- Still has a lot more features I haven't utilized yet.
- Customer support is very responsive compared to most CS.
- Craig is very responsive with product feedback

CONS
- Other features like some AI writers, campaign designs, and custom domain for short links are gated behind the Enterprise paywall (which is understandable)
- In Publish, once you edit a content in a specific platform, you can no longer sync it back to the main content post. You either have to start all over again, or just manually update the specific platform content again.

The cons are negligible compared to the main value of the app so
