Wanted to Love It
I truly wanted to love it. I was desperate for a new scheduler and found this one. The response during my questions phase early on was amazing. But then the slide began. When one particular rep answers messages, it's amazing. Responsive. When the main one does, I'm constantly shuffled to wait on the "dev team". I have a problem from JULY still with the "dev team". I've given up and am actively looking for another scheduler. Sadly, I recommended them to multiple people who have also now backed away from them. Very frustrating. Overall clunky.

Sorry about the experience you've had. I found your ticket and looked into everything. The Facebook issue is frustrating. We are sending the data to them correctly, but you are the only client of ours experiencing this, but many clients of other tools are also getting this same error. Facebook is actively working on this, as there are many upset developers complaining of this issue. We've complained directly to Facebook about this.
