Not Transparent and don't get what they promise- - I am going to initiate refund request.
When we search for data on social media scrapping on Instagram, FB, etc., this app works only for 8 countries, such as the US, UK, Canada, etc. It is not useful for users from Asia, South America, and the Middle East.
In Google Maps data scrapping, it does not give any email ID- The data column was just empty for email. It gives addresses, websites and numbers, which are easily available in direct collection.
It just consumes the credits even though you do not get any Email -ID.
For 354 data, it consumed 704 credits when i was doing search
The funniest thing is that they consume credit for verifying the previously provided data reception.
Ideally, if you are on Tier-2, they give you credit, and after consuming 3500 data, only these two possibilities will happen.
1- You will get only previous data
2- Else you need to buy more credits
It is simply a waste of time, and they insist you go for higher credits. I do not recommend this app

To clarify a few things:
- Location-based search is currently only available for Google Maps, not for Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms.
- As for email collection from Google Maps — we can only extract emails if they are publicly available on the business's website. Unfortunately, not all businesses display an email, which might explain the empty fields you encountered.
- We reviewed your usage and noticed that there were just two main searches, one with around 100 entries and another with 300 — which is a very small amount of data to evaluate the full capabilities of the platform.
- The higher credit consumption you experienced was due to the "deduplication" feature being enabled — which is mainly useful for 2+ searches. It's not necessary and could have been disabled to save credits.
