Can I set up multiple workspaces, assign members to different workspaces, and set permissions for each workspace?

This way, I can segment subscriptions for different internal teams, which also helps in better budget planning.

If it's not available now, will this feature be added in the future?

Can we create unlimited workspaces so we can give a sperate workspace for each of our departments?

Hey, is it possible to import the AppSumo CSV from the products page? I checked the roadmap, and it seems that only a few entries from 10/2004 have moved to planned, with no new features added since then. Will you support your software in the future? Even though the discount isn't substantial, I'm still interested in seeing progress with your software.

I have attempted to add my Appsumo purchases through bulk CSV however it does allow me to add them. I have placed in a ticket for support and it has been multiple days without a response. Can you assist me. Perhaps I am missing something.

If you add tags, the previously used tags should be shown as dropdown, so you don't write a similar tag with other words.
in the Browser plugin you should also be possible to add Tags.
have an integration for appsumo where you can import your Software from the appsumo backend with categories taken from AppSumo.

We would like to be able to run a export of license keys in either a CSV/ XLSX format, via API or PDF (if this is the only option available).

Is this on the roadmap?

I have about 400 subscriptions, mostly LTD. I don’t know what they are (!).

Does your app allow me a way to write in each app’s function or description and then search by function?
(This functionality would allow me to quickly identify the app I need for any particular project.)
Right now I have to go through everything to figure out which one does what….

Hi, I bought Software Subscriptions since November 14th. I have raised several tickets on the 14th and 15th of November. It's 1st of December and I have received no acknowledgement and no response on any of my tickets. They are 10 to be exact.

Should I come to AppSumo to draw your attention to respond? The app is really buggy and needs several fixes. Looking forward to hearing back asap!

I have tried to login 3 subscriptions using CSV method. I ended up get 30 subscriptions in the system but not a single one is showing in the dashboard list.
So the system is only allowing a subscription that is already in the dropdown. As you cannot have all of the subscriptions names in the world in one dropdown. We are stuck with only a few options.

I have submitted a support ticket 2 days ago and have not received any response yet.

Can you please check my support ticket and respond? Otherwise, I will have to get a refund.

Hey Kyle, many AppSumo users have the same problem: we buy a deal, but it won't fit perfectly, so we wait for updates and come back later to see if it works for us. The product list in AppSumo is not really great for searching our deals in detail, so it would be great to import our AppSumo deals and also add keywords to find them in the future quickly and easily...

Hello, this sounds like a great product. Would your product allow us to store API keys? Are there storage limits for the length of subscription license keys (.ie. how many characters).

Hello, I am reviewing the SoftwareSubscriptions offer on AppSumo, particularly the License Tiers 1 and 2.

I would like to know if lifetime subscriptions are counted within the 50 subscriptions per month limit.

Or is this 50 limit only applicable to monthly and annual recurring subscriptions?

I appreciate clarification on how these types of subscriptions are considered in the system's allowed total.

Hi Kyle, thanks for the quick response! I don’t think my question was fully addressed, though. My main focus is on white-label features, particularly custom branding. Are these on your roadmap? Let me repost it here: Does this offer white-label capabilities? It’s hard to see how a serious business could market this to clients if it carries your branding. If it’s aimed more at personal use, then features like unlimited users may not be as necessary.

Is there a way that I can keep track of how many "Seats" or "Devices" I've used in the subscription I purchased?

Example: Figuring out if I'm actually using the multiple seats of a Family plan. (Or give me a heads up that something is a multi-seat or multi-user license.)
