I am in love with this Product

I was looking for a scheduling product after I was getting sick of the excel spreadsheets. It was taking me so much time to do the scheduling. I tried it soon on a trial version and I fell in love with the product. I was able to talk to Olaf, who showed me all the tricks of the app, and that was when I realised this was the app that I was looking for. I like that I can put addresses in and, with just one click, Google Maps shows you the directions. I like how you can make scheduling templates and simply click on saved templates for similar shifts. I also realised there are many more ways I can use this app. The roadmap is also promising as there are many features that are going to make my life much easier. I really recommend this product because Olaf is so quick in responding and he is very patient with people. If there were more tacos to give, I would have given this product 10 tacosđź‘Ť. Thank you for such an amazing product at such a great price. Grab this while it's there, ladies and gents!

Awesome Platform!!!

I purchased this to help with our expanding employee & internship weekly schedules. I'm looking for ways to begin automating all of our systems in order to open future locations.

As with many of these products, there is a learning curve. I played around with the system & then scheduled a Demo with Olaf. Within 15 minutes he had answered every one of my questions and had my Employee Scheduling system "dialed in"! These guys are awesome. The app is super easy to use and once you've got your templates set-up, you can schedule at lightning speed. I am able to generate our weekly schedule based on a template & publish it to my team literary with seconds. The end of the month payroll is a breeze now as I can download the entire schedule & see the numbers of hours each employee worked, again within seconds. Employee leaves are all automated by requests through the system as well.

I've found my Employee scheduling system, and I'm able to check that off my automation list. Now onto the next system... Thanks Olaf & Soon team for a great, simple & easy to use Employee Scheduling App!

Very promising!

Purchased this app for my healthcare team scheduling. After doing a demo with Olaf and discussing my use, it is very apparent that this app will be very useful and beneficial to my team. I believe this will save me much time and effort in keeping track of my employees' shifts and PTO requests. We love its functionality so far and look forward to seeing some needed updates in terms of being able to change the start of the week to a Sunday if need be. Olaf was a big help in answering all our questions and gave so great tips and foresight into the other functions of the app. I highly recommend this to anyone that needs a way to make scheduling shifts easier and keep track of other metrics.

As a shared mobility startup, we have people splitting their time between the office and running around outside. All of us wear many hats. We just started using Soon and can already see that it helps us prioritize what needs to be done. Adding a location to those cards is neat, but could still be done better. Can't wait to see where this app goes next!

Soon tamed the complexity of scheduling people to cover shift work, repeat projects, and one-off projects/events for my company. While it introduced some overlap with our project management and HR tools, it centralized and automated the visibility and management of staff schedules. We've integrated employee and contractor calendars and now use automated workflows to process requests for leave/time-off or other schedule changes. We've created custom templates for each organization/team covering standard shift work and repeat projects. With information on staff availability, automated compliance rules to enforce policies, and aggregated views of work needing to be done in one place, we've significantly reduced the time spent building out work schedules and communicating schedules to our staff. Our employees and contractors are happier, and we've reduced the time and effort spent on scheduling thanks to Soon.
