I love this super tool, I give great view to my podcast files and the posibility of insert subtitles make it great for persons with audio problems. thanks for this. Fully recomended.

Got this and thought it would be a quick check and then probably refund. It's a keeper. Podcasts, videoless clips - it works but what a pain in the neck. Messed around for over an hour with the transcription - it simply doesn't work and changes thing to what it likes. I thought I was losing it but it does it over and over - it simply doesn't save changes. It's a bit quirky (You have to edit the AI transcript work, of course, but then create a separate function to make it into a video...you have to use the resize option magnifier to correctly get the size version you want...) but not enough to deter away from the potential.

I've been utilizing SoundMadeSeen for about a week now to make video clips from my podcast. I love the interface and it didn't take me long to figure out how to store my designs and templates, and to utilize the AI features, though I've found they're not as powerful as they might be in the future. At present (Sept 2024) there are plenty of kinks in the armor, mostly when I try to re-name files and templates, the update takes only about 50% of the time. I have to take away a taco for this because, right now, it's really annoying. This said, I'm confident that this will be addressed and fixed in the future as this app grows and evolves. Overall, I'm very happy that this was offered on AppSumo!

I have played around with this product a little bit, and I find it quite useful. I like the fact that it's not cumbersome and easy to navigate to an extent. However I think there are still rooms for improvement within it. But all in all I am satisfied with the product.

Support is Good, does what was promised but the interface has a lot of bugs and to be honest is a pain sometimes. Now, I am a tech guy that want to share the access to the content creator, could you imagine the calls I will receive abut "click here and is not working"..... I hope they fix it asap, it will make easier the keep.

Wow wow wow. I tried it with tier 1 and I was impressed by the quality of the transcription, the analysis, and the audio bits that can be extracted in different ways. Immediately after finishing my first test, I upgraded to tier 3. I have thousands of hours of content, and this impressive tool saves me thousands of hours by extracting mini audios to publish on all social media. I've stacked three codes and am still 50/50 on whether to keep this or refund it.

On the one hand it speeds up a process I needed.

But I seem to have spent a lot of time today looking at error messages like "There was a problem generating your clip. Please try again later."

So I am back to the manual way of making the video in Camtasia which takes 4 times longer.

Will see if things improve over the next few days before making a final decision.

It's listed as 'an alternative to' Descript/Otter.AI - it doesn't come close on transcription. Those products do a better job of that side of things.

It often ignores what you save things as so you call it one thing, save it and get a video called "untitled" which you need to rename manually - pointless and irritating things like that are all over the UI.

I can live with the irritations, but when I need to get a video finished and for hour after hour get "Try later" it makes it rather unfit for purpose.

Will see if the server issues resolve. If they do I will probably keep it for the one job it makes easier and quicker, but today it just wasted my time which defeats the point.

This is a really nice and mature product. I've used it for podcasts - works well, and more recently music videos - works great.
I like the templates that are really easy to modify. The Pixabay integration is great to integrate backgrounds into music videos (there are so many great ones if you search for 'abstract' in the videos section of Pixabay. I have also uploaded my own background videos onto the platform and used these in my videos.
There are a few niggles but not enough to take away from the five tacos; 'sometimes' and this depends on the music/song - the transcription doesn't work great and when there is the need to edit, 'sometimes' this doesn't translate into synced words in videos. Fortunately this doesn't happen open but the ability to edit the transcriptions whilst listening to the synced words (+/- sync the words) would be great.
I'm sorry I left this review so close to the deal finishing but if you're looking for a decent video maker for your podcasts or other video projects you definitely should consider this.

I'm capturing audio snippets of my users for testimonials and then converting them into animated short videos for social. And tit does exactly what I want. I get a nice bit of 'Audio Wave' animation and captions. Perfect! Cheers!

Used SoundMadeSeen for a couple of projects now and it is quite an easy app that delivers good results making you look very cool :)

The UI in general is clean and clear. The workflow, for me, is not entirely logical but that just takes some getting used to. The app offers a lot of options and possibilities.

Basis functionality is uploading your audio, select a design and publish the video. It offers subtitles, different background, creating videos from snippets.
The desing editor is not my best friend. I find it a bit confusing now and then, but suppose I'll have to learn to work with it. The end result looks very professional and clear.

The platform is stable and fast enough to my likings. Audio/Video processing always takes time and to me SMS is not slow.

I really like the tool and will use it for sure in the near future for many more projects. Looking forward to new innovations from the creator.

Thank you for the opportunity to purchase your program here on, AppSumo. While I am not currently a podcaster, I am interested in enhancing my YouTube videos with the occasional addition of a waveform layer. I find your program fun to use. However, I would like to offer some feedback.

It would be beneficial if users could import a YouTube link or upload a video file (mp4) directly, rather than creating an audio file. Given that my videos can often exceed an hour in length, it would be necessary to lift the file size limits for larger video file size uploads.

Additionally, in the CREATE A DESIGN section, it would be extremely helpful to include a SAMPLES (gif) option for each waveform file that I can lay on the design page for viewing. This is a must feature that would allow creators to preview what they are about to create and render, thereby preventing the unnecessary use of credits on a design style they may not be happy with.

Lastly, I recommend continually adding more and more waveform styles to your library. An expanded variety will undoubtedly increase the program's appeal.
