Q: I have Vbout Tier 5 from a previous lifetime deal offered (60,000 emails / month).
Why are you claiming "Previous AppSumo customers will be grandfathered into the new feature limits" and then asking me to pay $200 when I email support and ask them to honor this?

Patrick_HobanI'm referring to the email limit being 60,000 on my tier 5 account. The new deal says you'll grandfather in older Appsumo customers into the new limits (100,000), but when I emailed support they asked for $200 to increase the limits even though the deal says I'll be grandfathered in.

Richard_VBOUTHello Patrick, Tier5 have always been at 100k limit. Please double check your license on Appsumo and your credit limit in VBOUT. Perhaps you purchased a different tier. If there is a discrepancy support@vbout.com can assist.

It seems like you have already allocated 35K to the other sub-accounts you are managing. I can confirm that you have 100K between all accounts.
