Q: A couple questions here: 1.

What does "Music cannot be registered with the YouTube content ID" exactly mean?
2. Can we use the music produced with Soundraw for any service that we sell to our customers? i.e. we create a video/podcast for them where we use the music produced with Soundraw .
3. I see that you have a very restrictive terms:
"All intellectual property rights, such as the copyrights and trademark rights relating to the Service and the programs that constitute the Service, belong to SOUNDRAW.
You grant SOUNDRAW a worldwide, non-exclusive, free, sub-licensable and assignable license to freely utilize all intellectual property rights concerning music created using the Service (including use, reproduction, distribution, creation of derivative works, display, publication, adaptation, making transmittable and demonstration)."
Does this mean that you can revoke our rights whenever you want? I'm not sure if this is a risk for us as customers

A: Also, you don't need to worry about revoking rights as long as we don't detect any copyright or rule infringement on your end. Feel free to use the created music as much as you'd like! :)

Hey there! Thank you for your questions.

To clarify, you're free to use the songs created by SOUNDRAW in your videos and content without any issues or extra charges. What you cannot do is register or distribute the song as if it was your intellectual property. While there is no need to credit SOUNDRAW (even though that is much appreciated), we cannot give you the right to monetize or distribute the content created with our tool. We apologize for any inconvenience.

In the specific case of Youtube Content ID, as it allows you to register intellectual property, we cannot allow for users to register the songs as if it was theirs. We once again are very sorry for any issue.

I've listed below what we allow and don't allow in terms of use for the songs created by SOUNDRAW:
Allowed:
- YouTube Monetization (but not content ID or copyright claims)
- Podcasts
- Social Media
- Client work
- Apps, games, movies
and many more.

However, as mentioned, registration of YouTube content IDs and resale or redistribution of songs is prohibited.

I apologize in advance if anything said above was slightly confusing, but I really hope that this information helps to clarify how our tool works!

We hope that you give SOUNDRAW a try! :)

OK, so, as per I understand, I can use the created music as I want (in social media videos and ads, for customers...) and you won't revoke my use. The only thing I cannot do is to register the music as my own creation and sell the music itself, is that right?

Yes, that's correct!
