Q: What do we do if we get a copyright strike on Youtube?
Will you handle that for us? What are the steps necessary?

May 14, 2024A: Hi! Thank you for your question.
If you receive an alert saying that a copyright infringement claim has been filed against the content, we apologize for the inconvenience but, we ask that you file a dispute with the YouTube help center.
We will try to help you however we can to get your video back online as fast as possible! For more information, please refer to the following PDF file: https://soundraw.io/faq-document/YouTube_EN.pdf.
So Soundraw owns the copyright and allows us to use the tracks on YouTube, but if YouTube took it down due to a copyright claim then we're on our own? Can you elaborate on what feature(s) in your product make it easy for us to dispute a takedown notice?
Thank you for your question!
If you have a SOUNDRAW license, you should not have to worry as we can approve your dispute on our end and get your video back online. However, it will take a few days for us to approve after you've filed the objection. If the problem is taking a long time to fix,
please contact us so we can check on the matter as quickly as possible. As
soon as the objection is resolved, your video will be monetized again.
We provide the official license to the user as stated in the Terms of Service, still, this problem occurs because YouTube is checking mechanically. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
