Q: Please be clear what excatly is 50 listener seats for private soundcasts ?
Do i understand it correct, i can have 50 customers in my "list" for paying - my somehow audio stuff, whatever you call it, Soundcast, podcast, audiotracks, list what ever.
I can have free acces for unlistede/listed stuff I dont UNDERSTAND your model. please be loud and clear. Think the product seams fair. But afraid that i need an 200-300 $ pr. mth. plan if it should be useable.
Q: Does Soundwise reserve the right to take away features already offered and paid for in previous versions?
I'm wondering if you, Soundwise, reserve the right to take away features AFTER we were offered in previous versions, and we PAID for them?
I'm happy to provide screenshots of a previous book, still live, with full content listings available as a feature I bought and paid for... Yet now when I try to do the same with a new project, I no longer have access to that feature?
I also had the ability to see how long someone had listened to a track...and now those statistics are unavailable to me?
Q: Hello, in your responses you mention that the plan is consistent with the standard one provided on your ...
website, but we do not see such a plan either on the site or in the creator’s information: * IMPORTANT: this offer provides lifetime access to our Essentials level (see level comparisons on the website https://mysoundwise.com/pricing). There is no standard level and Essentials level, so which plan on your website actually fully corresponds to this Appsumo offer? Because the scopes differ significantly. For example, we do not understand the limitation of 50 private users, while the lowest on the site is 200 private users. What do these private users mean? When offering audiobooks for sale, for example through Stripe, is the limitation only to purchase by 50 people, or is there no limit on the number of purchasers and their email data, and is there no limit in one channel to offer an unlimited number of audiobooks? Is there a data transfer limit in the Appsumo offer? And if so, what amount does it correspond to, because I see such limits in the offer on your brand’s website. Thank you and regards.
Q: WHy does it ask to upgrade ?
its asking me to upgrade, which means its not a plus, pro or a platinum plan ? WHY ?

Q: The plan seems SUPER slight compared to what you offer on the actual site.
No unlimited casts? Only 50 users for private podcasts? How many private feeds can you create?
