After experiencing some issues with my existing Soundwise account, I have been assisted by the support team and my account is finally back and operative.
Given the effort and assistance I am happy to upgrade my previous review to 4 tacos now. I deduct 1 taco because deleting my existing account was something that truly damages confidence in the product a little bit.
But I am now assured that such thing will never happen again.
