I have sent numerous emails and received no response at all. Other customers also report that your API is not working, and they have not received responses from your support. Will you fix it?

I've sent multiple emails and reported that the API isn't working, even with 2 concurrent requests, and many requests return empty values. 2 months now and it does not work. You selectively ignore all our questions that prove that your software does not work.. Will you ever fix it?!
