Q: The API is not working? Even 10 concurrent requests block are all forbidden?
Why I get: 403 status code, concurrent limit reached, Forbidden?

I asked Appsumo support to get involved to reach out SpaceSerp, but even AppSumo support is not responding to the emails about SpaceSerp.

It is very annoying and I do not understand why this is happening.. Also, their support does not even respond properly to almost anything. The API does not work for me.

Unfortunately this is true.. Appsumo ignores my support tickets and I do not receive a timely answer from Ilona... How to get a refund on this if it is not being fixed?!

@Ron, do you think it's a coincidence that so many people have the same complaint? Do you think people would write here if SpaceSerp was answering e-mails? I think this situation has turned into a tragedy.
