What more can I say? I've had a dual lifetime licence since early 2024, and since February 2025, nothing has been working, and I haven't heard back from support which was already pretty much useless before, with evasive, inconsistent, or non-existent responses...

A good scam in the end... It's a shame, because when it worked, even if it wasn't the best, it did the job.

This product is completely useless since Google did a big change to DOM structure that broke many scrappers. Nobody is updating SpaceSerp and support is silent, I'm not even sure if original owner is still there.

I grabbed the SpaceSerp lifetime deal thinking I’d future-proof my outreach stack. Big mistake. The moment I actually needed it (mid-2025) the API stopped returning any data—just silent timeouts even though my account shows plenty of credits. I opened multiple tickets, pinged their chat. Zero response. No status updates, no roadmap—nothing.

It looks like the founders ghosted and left us holding the bag. If you’re considering this tool for production work, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I regret every cent and can’t even get a refund at this point. Another classic dead AppSumo deal.

I used the tool a little bit in 2023, then I now need it and it doesn't work anymore. No results are returned. No response to my contact emails and no support on SpaceSerp side... Abandoned project without letting us know...
