Question: Let's assume I assign an employee, who is tasked with independent project controlling, their own main account, using one of our codes for this purpose. Can I then, if necessary, have the code used for this main account released and use it elsewhere (for a seat or another main account) within the company?

Q: How do I change my email address in my account settings / profile?
I sent an email, but I have not received a response. So far, I like this software. My concern is that when I redeemed it, I used my personal email address. When I discovered it was helpful, I wanted to change my personal email address to my business email address. I can't find a way within the dashboard to do this. Please assist. Thanks.
That is correct. Another notable omission from the first version of QBO integration is unpaid invoices (Bill records). We'll support these as soon as we add the equivalent functionality to SparkReceipt.
Hi.. i have bought 6 codes. So far the testing is very good. We have 1 question: how to extract the invoice number from the invoice then export to Excel, CSV etc.? The invoice number exits on the receipt.. but AI only extract the value, date etc.. Thank you in advance.

I have been one of the first users of receipt-bank now dext over 12 years ago so I know this kind of product very well and can confirm that this sort of solution is a DREAM for any small business owner working with an external accountant. If this is in any way similar then this is a MUST-HAVE-DEAL.

Q: Refund transactions
It seems to me that SparkReceipt cannot handle a refund invoice and record it in QuickBooks. Am I wrong?
