Q: What do extra seats mean?
Is that how many meetings can be recorded at the same time? Or...?

Great question. Here is a breakdown of how Extra Seats and concurrent recordings work in Spellar:
1. What "Extra Seats" Mean
Extra seats represent the number of team members (separate accounts) you can invite to join your shared Spellar workspace under your AppSumo license. Every single user you invite will get their own Lifetime subscription as part of your plan!
Tier 1: 1 User seat (1 owner account)
Tier 2: 5 User seats (1 owner account + 4 invited member accounts)
Tier 3: 10 User seats (1 owner account + 9 invited member accounts)
2. Simultaneous Recording Limits
Seats do not directly dictate how many meetings can be recorded at the exact same moment. The rule of thumb is: one active account can record one meeting per device at a time.
However, you can absolutely record different meetings simultaneously if you use separate devices. For instance, if you log into the same Spellar account on both your macOS app and your iOS app, you can record 2 different meetings at the exact same time (one on each device).
Let us know if you have any other questions!
Best regards,
The Spellar Team
