Still Needs Work
I've tried to run a scan for a client twice now and both times I've been unable to save the scan. The first time I ran the scan (which took a while since it's a large website), I switched to another tab and when I came back and tried to save the scan, it just spun. So I logged out and back in and ran the scan again and ran it. When I came back in the morning and tried to hit save scan it said "Authentication error" as I guess my login session had timed out. So instead of running a scan for a third time, I came here to write a review as this tool has so far wasted my time instead of saving it. Hopefully they add a feature where you can choose to not be automatically logged out so this doesn't keep happening.

Aug 8, 2024We spoke via email earlier this week. You are scanning a large amount of pages on a device with low memory. Our software uses the memory of your device similar to a desktop device. So to remedy this issue you can cap the scan with the "Maximum Reports (number) Pages" below the "Analyze" button so you are not maxing out your memory on very large scans.
