Hi, I just bought your product (Tier 3) I downloaded the app and installed it. It did not work. Continued to stop my Mac affecting its performance and saying that the Spoke app was not responsive. I had to uninstall it and my Mac got back to working just fine. My Mac is a M1 silicone Mac. Is your app optimized for M1 Macs? Is this a known issue? Please let me know. I haven't been able to use your product and I am thinking about asking a refund if there in no fix for this. Thank you.

That's not normal. Indeed we don't have an m1 optimized app yet. We should release that soon.

Anyway, It is because we didn't upload a Mac M1 version of the app yet
We plan to release it within the next 2 weeks
