Founder is so helpful and responsive!!! Love this product so much.

Imagine you paid for a service but they remove the only thing you wanted and say: "it's fine, you still have something.".
It's not fine, I don't need that something, I need my money or what I paid for.

I now have an expensive paperweight of a powerhouse video editing tool that I cannot use to edit videos. Also, Spoke no longer automatically joins any meetings. I cant use this. Big waste of money until they return the ability to upload videos, which they claim that maybe one day they might do that.

This app decided to remove most if not all the useful features.

I bought this service for its abilty to upload videos and let it transcribe them. Now, this future is removed and made this tool completely useless. A waste of time and money invested in this service.
