Q: Filter out negative or lower reviews

If the goal is to showcase 4-5 star reviews, is there a way to collect feedback (below 4 stars) and NOT send those onto review sties (ie google, trustpilot, airbnb, etc.)

Learn from poor reviews, post good ones. I don't see a way to set that logic in a page.

A: Hey! You can find this setting under the "Thank You Page" tab when creating a new link. Look for the question "When do you want to show the external button?" — by default, it’s set to "Always show button", but you can change it to options like "Only show when rating is 4+ stars", and more.

Just a heads-up: this kind of filtering (known as review gating) is discouraged by platforms like Google, so it’s best to use with caution.

Give it a go and feel free to reach out if you have any other questions!

Q: Why does Tier 4 have only 167 resp/month although Tier 3 gets 300 resp/month? What do additional responses cost?

I have some questions:
1) What future Tier Updates will Tier 4 have?
2) Why do I get with Tier 4 only around 167 responses/month while paying double the price of Tier 3 (which gets 300 responses/month)? I think it should have at least 600 responses/month or 7200/year to be a good fit as a lifetime deal. Yes I know it's an agency Tier with Whitelabel options. But this should be additional to higher responses/month. If I get far less than Tier 3 my cost per response would be much higher. I think it should be at least 7200/year with additional option to buy more.
3) How much do the additional responses cost? Didn't see any price list.
Thanks in advance for the answers!
4) Will you implement an option to save reviews from different locations like google, facebook, trustpilot, ... It would be a nice feature to protect reviews against deletion.

A: Hey,

Let me answer your questions based on the corresponding number:

1: Future Updates: We're planning to roll out video & text testimonial collection and full reputation management (respond to reviews on Google, etc.) in the future. These will be credit-based and will be available across plans.

2: Why Tier 4 has fewer monthly responses: Tier 4 is designed for agencies. Unlike Tier 3, which is limited to only 1 company and includes Spokk branding, Tier 4 gives you 100% white-label control and lets you split 2000 yearly responses across unlimited client companies. That flexibility and branding freedom are where the value lies. In terms of raw volume, 2000 responses could translate to ~20,000 feedback requests depending on how you engage your audience (method of send, incentive provided, etc.) — which is still significant.

3: Extra Responses: Additional responses are $1 each, but agency plans get a 50% discount minimum, with better rates for bulk. This is available on our landing page under the pricing section.

4: We are planning to introduce reputation management features which will let you import and manage reviews from platforms such as Google but I don't know how that will protect against deletion because our database needs to sync up with the company's public reviews. We'll look into a solution for this once we start working on it.

You can test everything on our free plan (30 responses included). Let me know if you have any more questions.

Q: Questions about the Tool:

1. Can we connect our own domain?
2. What does the White Label feature mean?
Is everything truly White Label, or is there still a hint of the original software displayed somewhere?
3. Can we completely change the colors?
4. Can we switch the entire dashboard and user interface to German?
5. Am I correct in understanding that the reviews are practically done through the form?
- Are the reviews then copied and added to the company in the next step?
- Is the review link automatically opened by the respective company, and can the review be easily copied into Google?
- Is the review not automatically transferred, and does the user really have to manually copy and submit it?
6. Does the user need to be logged into Google, with their own Google account, to review the company, or does it not matter?

A: Hey,

Let me answer your questions based on the corresponding number:

1. Yes, you can connect your own domain and even set up your own email address for sending notifications.

2. It’s truly white label. There’s no Spokk branding shown anywhere. For agency-created companies, even the "powered by" tag is hidden. Your clients will only see your brand.

3. You can customize the colors of the customer feedback form to match your brand. However, customizing the dashboard colors is not currently supported.

4. The customer form can be fully switched to German which includes the AI-generated review draft. The dashboard itself is not natively multilingual yet, but you can use the built-in browser translation tool to translate the dashboard on the fly.

5. Yes, feedback is collected through the form.
- After the feedback is submitted, it is stored in your Spokk dashboard.
- An AI-generated review is drafted on the customer's device based on their feedback.
- The customer is then directed to your review link (Google, Trustpilot or any link of your choice), where they can easily copy the draft and post it.
Important: For authenticity and Google’s terms of service, the user needs to manually copy and submit the review. It cannot be automatically posted.

6. Yes, the user needs to be logged into their own Google account to post a review. This is a requirement by Google to ensure real, verified customer reviews.

To get a clear idea of how Spokk works, you can sign up for our free plan. You'll get 30 free responses to fully test the platform. The Agency Plan unlocks full white labeling, which means all Spokk branding is completely hidden.

Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions!

Q: Hello! May I ask if you have any experience working in the United States?

Hello! May I ask if you have ever worked in a company or market environment in the United States? If so, how do you perceive the trends and consumer behavior in the U.S. market? Which specific areas of the U.S. market are you most familiar with?

A: Hey there!

While we're still in the early stages, we’re excited to already have a few companies in the US using Spokk. The US market does have quite a few reputation management tools, especially ones focused on helping local businesses collect Google reviews.

What sets Spokk apart is how we simplify the process for customers to leave reviews. We generate a personalized draft based on the feedback they provide. This means they don’t have to spend time thinking about what to write. This makes it easy for customers to leave Google reviews, just copy, paste and post!

Regarding consumer trends and areas, we noticed that Google reviews are especially valuable for small and medium-sized businesses, as they boost visibility and help attract new customers. We see the most potential in service-heavy industries like salons/spas, clinics, restaurants, and professional services.

Hope that answers your question. Let me know if you have any other questions.

A: Hey Swapnil,

Yes, it should work well for most verticals since Spokk lets you redirect customers to your own custom destination. This means you can collect reviews on any platform of your choice.

Since most solo businesses or consultants are just starting out, building social proof is crucial—and Spokk helps them collect reviews with ease.

Let me know which specific industry you’re referring to, I’d be happy to share more tailored examples or suggestions!
