Thanks for your purchase and getting this to my attention. Yes, I tested this myself and it looks like the root custom domain points to our landing page. The root domain would normally redirect to the login page where there is no branding visible. All other feedback links sent to customers are working properly. A: Hey, yes that is not enabled on the sample link because this falls under review gating. You can easily set this up yourself by signing up for a free account and setting up your own link. Having said that, review gating is completely illegal and we will most probably remove that option in the future.
