Q: Questions regarding Agency Plan and Review Credit Pricing
Hi,
I have a few questions about the agency plan and how review credits work:
1. Credit purchase timing If I sign up for the agency plan, do I need to purchase additional credits upfront, or can I buy them after a client has subscribed to one of my plans?
2. Choosing the amount of extra credits Can I choose how many extra credits I want to purchase (e.g., buy in exact quantities as needed), or...

A: Hey, thanks for reaching out. Let me go through your questions one by one.
1. Credit purchase timing You don't need to buy any additional credits after purchasing the plan. You will get 2000 free credits every year (no roll-over) with your purchase of the agency plan (Plan4). You can assign credits to any number of companies at any time. You can buy credits at any time and you only need to...
In the backend, can admin(manager) do these to all the feedback received? 1. Sort by Location, Feedback rating (stars), Date of submission 2. Search by Location, Feedback rating (stars), Date of submission 3. filter all the feedbacks submitted by Location, Feedback rating (stars), Date of submission 4. See the graphs and analytics (pie chart or bar chart of percentage) of feedback stars, location, etc

A: Hey there,
The current system only allows filtering based on location and does not support graphs or additional analytics. These are simple additions that we will be adding along the way and will be mainly useful for companies getting high volumes of feedback.
Let me know if you have any other questions and I'll be glad to answer them.
For tier 1, only 1 manager or admin to manage the account? Even if we setup to have 10 different location, only 1 manager (admin) can manage the platform ? That also means only 1 login to view the dashboard and analytic ?

A: Hey, the company owner (superadmin) will have access to the dashboard as well as the added manager. So this would be 2 logins to view the dashboard and analytics.
I was interested in the agency plan, but I find the limit of 2,000 responses per year quite restrictive. Advertising unlimited companies while capping responses at 2,000 annually feels a bit inconsistent, as this effectively limits meaningful usage to around 6–10 companies.
I believe the plan has a lot of potential, but this constraint makes it difficult to fully leverage the “unlimited...
Samesh Wijeweera from Spokk answered another user on May 16, 2025 and said Tier 4 is positioned as great value (it’s their top-selling plan), the 2,000 yearly responses can roughly translate to up to ~20,000 feedback requests depending on how you engage your audience, and response limits will not be increased; however, agencies can buy extra responses at a 50% discount by default (with even better...
Q: For Tier4 plan, is the CNAME available per company?
For the Tier 4 plan, is a dedicated CNAME available for the entire subscription account (tier 4)? I'd like to confirm whether the CNAME feature applies to the purchase as a whole, rather than on a per-company basis within the Tier 4 subscription.

A: Hey Shaiket, yes a dedicated CNAME is available for each company.
My use case is that I have multiple products and I want to use this for each of my products and want to know if I can give each product (defined as a company in SPOKK) and have it be it's own URL. Hope that makes sense?
Hey, can I get a bit more information on this? is this an ecommerce store? what kind of products is this? How many products do you have? I don't think this manageable if it is a large number of products.
Awesome. We use a Spokk feedback link to collect reviews from AppSumo customers as well. It's working pretty well for us, hope it works well for your SaaS as well.
Yes, you can set it up however you want. The agency dashboard is mainly there to allocate credits for the sub companies. All individual settings are configured from within each sub company.

No, not ecommerce products. Just a couple of SAAS services.

Each of my service has its own domain and I want the branding to match my service brands.
