Q: Asking for Reviews
Can review links be sent manually from the dashboard or do they have to be done via QR or check-in.
For most of my clients, it would be better if they can simply add an email and phone and let the automation run.
Also, are email automations in place, or just SMS right now.

Everything is fully customizable. You can either start an automation manually or you can direct them to the customer portal where they can enter their phone and the automation will run.
Email automation is also available but the primary method for signing up through the portal is through phone + SMS.
Please note you need to set up your own Twilio account for SMS and SMTP for emails.
