Q: Can you please elaborate 1 response = 1 credit?
Could you please clarify what you mean by “1 response = 1 credit”?
How exactly do credits work, and what qualifies as one response?
For example, if a user answers five questions about my service, and then the AI generates a review which the user copies and pastes into Google Reviews—would that count as one response (one credit)? Or is it calculated differently?
Kindly elaborate so that I can clearly understand this from an agency perspective.

This works in a simple way. Every time a response is added to our database and shown on your dashboard, we consider that 1 response = 1 credit.
For voice and classic forms, this happens when the customer presses the “Submit Feedback” button. In the chat form, it counts as soon as the customer replies to the first message and provides a rating.
For every feedback response, it’s 1 credit. A video testimonial is 5 credits. A text testimonial uses 2 credits. Future features will also deduct credits, so you can use them flexibly based on what you need.
We cannot track whether someone posts the review on Google since it is a third-party platform and there is no way for us to track that.
For reference, most platforms charge based on the number of requests sent. Typically, you need about 5–10 requests to receive one response. With 10,000–20,000 requests (customer interactions), you have significant room before hitting limits.
If you need more credits, you can purchase them. If you are working with franchises, chains, large hotels, or hospitals and need higher volumes, contact us via internal chat and we can arrange a discounted rate on additional credits.
Let me know if you have any other questions and I'll be glad to answer them.
