So its 2000 responses (credits) for all companies under the agency. You can allocate the 2000 responses to your companies as required. The 2,000 yearly responses can roughly translate to up to ~20,000 feedback requests per year depending on how you engage your audience (method of send, incentive provided, etc.).

A credit will be charged when a person successfully submits feedback via the link.
