Q: Form strategy, plus some follow-ups
Hello - Sorry, I have a few questions, though I suspect the last 3 may be tier related:
(1) Is this not intended as much for review sites like g2, where there are lots of questions in their review form? Even google reviews ask for multiple star ratings plus a free form response.
Should the Spokk strategy be to mimic those questions and hope the reviewer will remember his star responses and repeat them, and then copy in the text response? Or just keep it to a minimum on the Spokk side?
(2) Is gating only available for the classic form, and not for chat and voice?
(3) How does cname work and where do I do that? I don't see it in the dashboard.
(4) Same for sending emails from within Spokk.
(5) I didn't see where to choose brand color.
I saw references to help docs here as well, but I don't see them.
