Q: Great tool! Got some questions after testing, though

1) Some tools have the function, that if you give 5* it will be posted on FB/Google/Trustpilot, but if you give 4* or less, it will open a support case to reach out. Are you planning to include this feature? Would be highly valuable

2) The Feedback Process is very easy with the voice note and chat. Would it be possible to make this also available to the Testimonial Option?

3) At the Feedback Process the "Generated Review" is pretty much the same like, what I said. Does it get enhanced by AI somehow?

4) Can you enable the referral program option also without SMS? Logically it should be possible, as a referral program can also only work via Email-Adress. Would totally LOVE this feature without SMS

Thanks a lot for testing the tool so thoroughly and for sending over these great questions and observations. Really appreciate the detailed feedback.

1) Review gating (5★ → public review / 4★ or below → support case)

Yes, we already support this functionality. This is commonly referred to as review gating.

That said, it’s important to note that this practice is generally not approved by major review platforms such as Google Reviews and others, and using it may violate their policies. Because of this, we support it with a clear warning and strongly recommend using it only when absolutely necessary.

At the moment, this feature is available only through our classic form flow and is currently not supported in the chat or voice-based feedback flow.

2) Voice note + chat flow for testimonials

Yes, adding the voice note capability for testimonial collection is something we can add quickly.

Just to make sure I understand your suggestion correctly: are you referring only to voice input for written testimonials, or are you suggesting a full testimonial builder experience in chat format, similar to our AI-assisted review flow? This is a much bigger development effort and is not a priority for us right now.

3) Does the generated review get enhanced by AI?

Yes — in some cases, it does.

I’m assuming you’re referring to the voice-based feedback flow. Our goal is to keep the generated text as close as possible to what the customer actually said. In some cases, the AI may lightly polish grammar, phrasing, or readability, but we intentionally avoid adding new claims, opinions, or details that were not originally mentioned.

4) Referral program without SMS / email-only referrals

Yes, absolutely, and we agree this is a highly valuable feature.

We’re currently working on enabling the referral program without requiring SMS, so it can work fully via email only. This should be available within the next few days.

5) Potential bug: only Andorra phone numbers available

This is not a bug.

At the moment, the available phone numbers in the customer portal are limited based on the country selected for the company account. Since your account is currently set to Andorra, only Andorran numbers are shown.

This is intentional and helps us avoid issues related to international SMS delivery, compliance, and additional messaging costs.

If you change the company country setting (for example, to the US), the available numbers will update accordingly.
