It looks like this issue isn’t coming from Spokk. Both Google and Trustpilot sometimes block their pages from opening inside certain in-app browsers or secure environments, and unfortunately we don’t have any control over how those platforms handle external links.

Spokk is simply sending visitors to the review link you’ve added, but the browser or app decides how to open it. When that environment blocks the page, you’ll see the “connection refused” message.

The fix is to open the review link in a regular browser like Chrome or Safari.

If you can tell me which device or browser you’re using and how you are opening the link, I can see if there is a fix we can do get this to work out of the box.
