How does it work? The client adds a review, and after I approve it, it's posted to Facebook, Google My Business, etc.?

Currently, there’s no way to post a review on behalf of a customer — platforms like Google and Facebook don’t allow that. Here’s how it works instead:
1. The customer fills out a short feedback form.
2. Based on their input, a personalized review is automatically generated using AI.
3. The customer simply copies the review and pastes it on the review platform of their choice (Google, Facebook, etc.).
What Spokk does:
Spokk uses AI to turn the customer’s actual experience into a well-written review draft. This saves them the effort of writing it from scratch — which is often the biggest barrier to getting reviews in the first place.
