A: Spokk started in late 2023, and we’ve gone through a few pivots to get to where we are now. It began as a simple feedback tool, then evolved into a review generation tool. But once we started working closely with businesses, it became clear that feedback alone wasn’t enough to make this truly useful on a day to day basis.

The biggest gap was automation. That kept coming up again and again. So we built around it. We added referrals and loyalty alongside feedback, not as separate features, but as part of the same flow. Now customers willingly share their contact details in exchange for loyalty benefits, and they keep coming back after each transaction.

That changes everything. It means we’re not chasing customers anymore, we’re building a system where they stay engaged, which makes every automation far more effective.
