How can we integrate to Google directly such that it will review and show up on Google directly instead of another step to review with 5 stars again?
How can we set up CNAME for Tier 1? I can't find any guides on your help & support docs.

Apr 28, 2025A: Currently, Google does not allow businesses to directly post customer reviews on Google themselves through an API or third-party apps.
For a review to show up on Google (like Google Maps or Google Business Profile), the customer must personally submit it through Google’s platform.
You can set up your CNAME inside the settings section of your company. Reach out for support if you need help setting up.
