From a technical standpoint, this is definitely something we could implement on our side. The main consideration is around privacy, ethics, and potentially legal compliance, since feedback submitted by customers is typically intended as private communication with the company, not something automatically shared publicly as a testimonial.

That said, one possible approach would be to explicitly ask for the customer’s consent before displaying any option to publish their feedback as a testimonial. As long as there’s a clear opt-in step, this could be a really strong feature.

I’d like to look into the legal and ethical side a bit more before we move forward with implementation, but it’s absolutely a great idea and definitely worth exploring.
