Q: Negative reviews
So I was excited by the software, but then I tested it out on the example that you provided… I intentionally put one in two stars to see if it would catch that negative review to route it to a form to allow the owner to respond versus just going straight to Google! It crafted a really nice AI negative review, but as the owner of the business, I would like to intercept anything that’s three star and below, that should be the number one core feature, beyond the AI draft of a review. Am I missing something or is this a feature? That’s just not enabled on that sample link?

You can easily set this up yourself by signing up for a free account and setting up your own link. Having said that, review gating is completely illegal and we will most probably remove that option in the future.
Let me know if you need setting up or have any other questions.
We are an extremely small business and honestly don’t care about Google gating because that policy doesn’t make any sense for small local businesses… I 100% guarantee you, Google gated when they started and had Yahoo as a competitor, so did Airbnb when you leave a 1-star review. I LOVE how “once they made it” have the full to tell a small local US business, “We don’t want you to make it right!”
