Q: Pricing

Hi,

1. How does the new pricing on your website affect us? How will the pricing and credit system work for us? Are there any changes, or does it remain the same?

2. With regards to white label, when can we expect the spokk favicon and the meta title to be removed from client links?

A: Hey there,

Thank you for your patience. We held off on replying until the updates on the AppSumo page were fully reflected.

1. Pricing & Usage Changes

We’re happy to share that all new features have been included for our AppSumo Lifetime Deal (LTD) users at no additional cost.

We’ve also moved away from the previous credit-based system to a monthly “checked-in customers” model. In this new system, a contact is counted as 1 only when they are assigned to an action or automation.

This change makes usage much simpler to understand and, more importantly, is significantly more generous than the previous credit system.

All plans continue to include:
- Automations (SMS & Email)
- Feedback & Reviews
- Loyalty
- Referrals
- Testimonials

We genuinely value our LTD users and have made a conscious effort to ensure you continue receiving maximum value and access to our growing feature set.

2. White Label Update

The Spokk favicon and meta title have now been removed for white-label client links. This fix is already in place and will also be reflected on our public roadmap.

So, just to clarify the pricing model again, lets say we have sent 100 people our feedback link, and out of those 100, only 10 customers submit the feedback. Once they submit the feedback, those 10 people will be counted as customers, and the remaining 90 will not be counted because they clicked the link but did not submit the feedback. Am I correct here?

Hey, so it's like this. If you use automations and link a person to a feedback link, it will be counted as 1. If you use the general feedback link and they submit feedback without their email address, this will not be counted. Basically any action that is connected to an individual contact will be counted as 1.
