Can I ask 2 questions

1) I want to use this for my agency. For the different plans, how many companies can I deal with? Or do you just go by the number of requests sent as a total?

2) Is there an option to reply to new reviews that come in?

A: Hey there — thank you for the questions.

1) How many companies can I manage under an agency plan?

To use this for your agency, you’ll need Tier 4 on AppSumo, our bestseller.

That gives you:
- Lifetime access to the software
- 2,000 credits added to your account every year
- The ability to create unlimited companies under your agency
- Full control to distribute your available credits across any of those companies however you like

There is no limit on the number of companies — usage is based purely on credits consumed across your entire agency account.

Current Credit Pricing
1 Feedback Response = 1 Credit
1 Video Testimonial = 5 Credits
1 Text Testimonial = 2 Credits

For larger use cases such as franchises, chains, hotels, hospitals, etc, we will provide deeper volume-based discounts. If you're planning to operate at that level, message us directly and we’ll structure a mutually beneficial wholesale rate based on the number of purchases credits. Additional purchased credits do not expire.

2) Can I reply to new reviews from inside the platform?

At the moment, we do not have a direct integration with Google, so:
- You cannot import Google reviews
- You cannot reply to Google reviews from within the dashboard

This depends on access to the Google API, and we don’t currently have a confirmed timeline since it’s controlled by Google.

However, we do allow businesses to reply directly to customers who submit feedback through Spokk — as long as the customer provides their email address.

That works like this:
- Customer submits feedback with their email
- Business can reply
- The conversation continues in a chat-style interface

For white-label agencies, notifications are sent from a generic branded email address.
