Hi,
I have a few questions about the agency plan and how review credits work:
1. Credit purchase timing
If I sign up for the agency plan, do I need to purchase additional credits upfront, or can I buy them after a client has subscribed to one of my plans?
2. Choosing the amount of extra credits
Can I choose how many extra credits I want to purchase (e.g., buy in exact quantities as needed), or are there fixed packages only?
3. Unit price per extra credit
Is the new per-credit price for extra credits finalized and available? If so, what is the current piece-price per credit?
4. Pricing link or documentation
Could you share the link where I can find the pricing for extra credits? I couldn’t locate the landing page that was mentioned in a previous response.

1. Credit purchase timing
You don't need to buy any additional credits after purchasing the plan. You will get 2000 free credits every year (no roll-over) with your purchase of the agency plan (Plan4). You can assign credits to any number of companies at any time. You can buy credits at any time and you only need to purchase if you exceed the 2000 credits per year. Any additional credits you purchase will be available forever and these will not expire.
2. Choosing the amount of extra credits
You can choose the exact amount of credits you need to purchase.
3. Unit price per extra credit
Plan 4 (agency plan) buyers will get 50% off the retail credit price, so the price will be $0.125 per credit. Our retail unit prices were recently reduced from $1 to $0.25 per credit.
1 response = 1 credit. Please note that since we are in the early stages of our startup, credit prices will change according to the feedback we receive from customers.

I have updated the agency page docs to include the price of the credits (spokk.io/agency-plan).
