Q: Reviews are not Coping

I'm trying out the free version and when I finish the voice or chat form, the AI generated review is not able to be copied. So when it goes to the Google review, it's unable to paste. Am I doing something wrong?

I'd like to use a two-stage process, where I first ask whether the customer is satisfied, then ask for a review only if they are happy. This way I'm not asking unhappy customers to post a review! Could you please clarify what you mean by “1 response = 1 credit”? How exactly do credits work, and what qualifies as one response? For example, if a user answers five questions about my service, and then the AI generates a review which the user copies and pastes into Google Reviews—would that count as one response (one credit)? As per your application, your AI bot rewrites customer feedback and publishes it on Google. However, publishing AI-generated reviews is against Google’s policies. I have observed that such reviews are often removed or not published. Therefore, it is advisable to ensure that reviews are written genuinely by customers in their own words . What is your opinion
Can I ask 2 questions 1) I want to use this for my agency. For the different plans, how many companies can I deal with? Or do you just go by the number of requests sent as a total? 2) Is there an option to reply to new reviews that come in? Thank you
