We work on updates based on the feedback of a majority of our users and also how we envision the product for the future. We don't really keep the roadmap up to date to be honest because the features we implement change. The best place to look at the growth and the immense amount of updates we have done on Spokk is to look at our changelog:

We update it every month and you will see the changes that we have done. Sometimes these may be marketing heavy changes but this is extremely important for product growth as well.

As a tool, our vision is to cover feedback, testimonials and referrals together because this is what will completely cover the customer experience spectrum for a business.
