1.) Great product! Im looking to purchase Tier 4, which comes with your agency account + dashboard. With 2,000 credits for the year equaling166 credits per month, this is less than the 300 per month on tier 3. Is this a typo? Can you explain your credit logic for tier 4?
2.) Can you provide the bulk discount pricing for Tier 4 and any other agency features?
3.) Do you have a sample pricing structure for providing this service to clients?
4.) Can we use Zapier alternative softwares purchased on Appsumo such as Albato, ApiX-Drive, ActivePieces to integrate your software with our other software?
5.) Do we need our own Twillo account integrated with your software to be able utilize your software features or are credits provided through your software?
6.) Do credits purchased expired?

Thanks for reaching out. Let me go through your questions one by one.
1. Tier 4 credit logic
Tiers 1 to 3 use Spokk branding. This helps us spread our brand, which is why these plans come with more monthly credits, and those credits are tied to a single company.
Tier 4 unlocks the full agency dashboard, and the companies you create inside the agency are fully white-labeled with no Spokk branding. This allows you to resell Spokk to your own clients at any price you choose.
The 2,000 yearly credits you get on Tier 4 can be allocated to any number of companies in any way you want. You also get 50% off on additional credits, which is why the base credit count is structured differently from the branded plans.
2. Bulk discount and agency features
With Tier 4, you automatically get 50% off the price of any extra credits. If you plan to buy a high volume of credits, just email us or message us with the amount you need and we’ll prepare a custom quote.
3. Pricing structure for your clients
We don’t provide a preset pricing structure because agencies sell the service in different ways. But since Spokk handles both feedback (retention) and reviews (acquisition), agencies can charge a good premium. You can easily cover your entire investment with a single SMB client.
4. Using Albato, ApiX-Drive, ActivePieces, etc.
Yes, you can use any automation platform you prefer. Most of the time you will be using the general feedback link, which works everywhere.
For verified link requests, we currently support Zapier and Pabbly, but for anything else you can use Albato, ApiX-Drive, ActivePieces or any other tool by simply including the general link in your WhatsApp, SMS, email or other workflows.
5. Twilio requirement
No, you do not need your own Twilio account. Credits are linked to responses received on Spokk. Twilio is only required if you want to run your own internal SMS sending. The feedback links themselves are flexible and can be used without relying on any external service.
6. Credit expiry
Any extra credits you purchase never expire. Monthly or yearly credits that come with your plan reset at the end of each period.
Just FYI, we will be including all future features for LTD buyers because they have supported us when we were starting out. If any features cost us too much money, we will either include them in the credit system or ask LTD buyers to bring their own keys. For example, we introduced voice feedback a couple of weeks ago and we ask LTD buyers to use their own OpenAI key if they want this feature.
