Q: What is all included in a single response?
Could you please clarify what is included in the $1 or $0.50 cost per response when a client clicks and submits a review for my business? Specifically, I’d like to understand whether this fee covers only the form submission and AI processing, or if additional components are involved. I’m trying to determine if there are other elements contributing to the per response credit that I may not be aware of.
A detailed breakdown would be greatly appreciated.

To clarify, the cost you see ($1 or $0.50 per response) is fully inclusive. You’re only charged for actual results, meaning the responses you receive when a customer submits feedback. This price already covers the entire process, including the AI processing and everything needed to deliver the final response.
In other words, there are no hidden fees or additional components beyond that per-response credit, the whole product is included in the price.
