Q: Is this kickstarter plan annual or ltd?

Because I purchased today 4/12/22 and on my https://app.spott.ai/interactions page it says it will expire 4/12/23.

Also, just to be clear about the rollovers, I am given 1500 interactions. If I use 1000 interactions this month 500 will rollover, so I'll have 2000 the next month?

The total number of interactions will keep on accumulating for 12 months. But, after a year, all unused interactions will be expired and your account interaction balance would be reset. And, the same procedure remains for next years for a lifetime.

Q: I used to love Spott, until they disappeared from the face of Earth.

I've posted several support tickers and gotten no response at all. I had a project with several spotts that I used frequently and now they are all gone. Interactions says I've consumed them all for March 2022 and it's not even march yet. What is going on? Is anybody there???? How can AppSumo continue to sell this deal if this people are gone?

Q: Why do I see a prompt to upgrade when I navigate to Automation > + Feed?

I want to bring my Shopify products into Spott & the plan features state: "Unlimited interactive catalogues".
